Aviation Alphabet
At the Prince George Airport and around the world, pilots, air traffic controllers and people who work with and around airplanes use a form of communicating with one another to make sure that what they're saying comes accross clearly.
They use what's called the phonetic alphabet. For example, instead of saying "Use taxiway B", an air traffic controller would instruct the pilot to "Use taxiway Bravo".
